18 graham crackers, crushed 1 T flour
1/2 c sugar 6 T butter, melted
1 egg yolk
1 envelope gelatin 3/4 c sugar
3 squares chocolate 1/8 t salt

1. Combine crumbs, flour, sugar and butter. Pat into
buttered 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes,
until brown.
2.Mix the rest of the ingredients in double boiler and
cook until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat
and chill.
3. Whip 1 c evaporated milk and add 1 t vanilla. Fold
into chocolate mixture, pour into crust and chill.
