Cold Angel Hair Pasta Salad (Capellini Freddo) Recipe

1 pound angel hair pasta (capellini) - cooked 1 jar of Viva Italian Salad Dressing 1 jar of McCormick's Salad Supreme Salad Seasoning 1 small red onion - chopped 1 can of sliced black olives - drained 1 cup green pepper - chopped 1 dozen cherry/grape tomatoes (sliced as desired) Grated Parmesan
PREPARE THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!
Cook and rinse pasta; drain well.
In a large bowl, place pasta, 1/2 salad dressing and 1/2 seasoning. Mix well. Add in onions, olives, peppers and tomatoes. Note: I place this all in a large Ziploc bag and mix and store in refrigerator overnight. In morning, add remaining dressing and seasoning and mix well. (I leave it in the bag). Serve pasta in large bowl and cover with grated Parmesan.
