Crunchies: 1/3 c slivered almonds
1/2 c butter 2 T sugar
2 pkg Raman noodles, crushed 1/3 c sesame seeds
1/2 c olive oil 1/4 c sugar
2 T fresh parsley, minced 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper 1/8 t tobasco sauce
2 T sugar
11 oz can mandarin oranges Romaine lettuce
1 sm red onion, thinly sliced

1. Crunchies: Melt butter in lg pan and add sugar.
Add noodles, sesame seeds and almonds and cook
stirring for 6-8 minutes or until browned.
2. Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar and
shake well.
3. Combine lettuce, onion, oranges and dressing.
Sprinkle with noodle mixture toss and serve.
