14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1-10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. In a blender, place artichoke, romano, paremesan and garlic. Blend. In medium bowl mix spinich, creams and mozzarella. Stir in artichoke mixture. Spoon into greased dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
