1 large Vadalia Onion
3 Tb. butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Core the onion but not cutting through the bottom layer. Pack the butter in the cored out section. Sprinkle to taste the salt and pepper. Double wrap onion with foil and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Carefully peel back foil and enjoy!
