skirt steak
fresh lemon - must be fresh ( 4-5 lemons)
oregano
salt
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak down the middle to make as thin as possible.
Soak the steaks in lemon juice.
Lightly dust with garlic and salt and a small amount of oregano.
Marinate as long as possible.

Grill 5-10 minutes on grill.

This steak is so good. Laura prepped it for us and Mike grilled it. Just make sure you use fresh ingredients.
Also known as Carne Assada.....but I like "Laura's Steak"...
