2 lbs. polish sausage, sliced
1 can of saurkraut, drained
1 pkg. of frozen hashbrowns
1 cup sour cream
1 small apple, chopped
2 Tb. milk
1/2 cup diced red and green bell pepper

Directions:

Grease a 9x13 dish. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
