Ingredients:  
1 # boneless chicken breast 1 c white wine
pinch of dill weed 1/8 t pepper
1 1/2 c seedless red grapes 1 c celery, diced
chopped toasted pecans
Dressing:
1/2 c mayonnaise 1 t dill weed
3 T buttermilk 1/4 t pepper
1/4 c chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken in skillet, add wine, dill weed and
pepper. Add water to cover and cook 10 minutes.
Cool chicken and cut into 1" pieces.
2. Combine chicken, celery and grapes.
3. Blend salad ingredients with whisk. Add just enough
dressing to chicken mixture to coat. Chill.
4. Serve over lettuce and garnish with pecans.
