2 10 oz pkg frozen raspberries
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, no sugar added
1 6 oz can frozen orange juice, undiluted
3/4 c boiling water
1 lg pkg raspberry jello

1. Drain berries and pineapple and reserve juice.
Mix with orange juice, should measure 2 1/2 c.
2. Combine water and 1 c juice, bring to a boil and
add jello, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining
juice and chill until the consistency of egg white.
3. Fold in fruit and place in mold. Chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
