1 # fresh spinach wit stems removed
1 pt strawberries, halved
1/2 c pecan halves, browned
1/3 c raspberry vinegar 1 t salt
1 c olive oil 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 t poppy seeds 1 t dry mustard

1. Brown pecans in butter in oven for 10 minutes at
350 or on top of stove.
2. Clean spinach and store in plastic bag until ready
to serve.
3. Blend dressing ingredients, except seeds, in
blender. Stir in seeds.
3. Toss with salad ingredients and serve.
