1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. hamburger meat
3 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water
3 heaping tbs. Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
1 clove of garlic
1 bell pepper chopped
1 can of sliced mushrooms
1 large onion
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 cups of prepared white rice
1 Box of Wild rice

In large dutch oven, brown sausage, hamburger, garlic, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper. In seperate sauce pans, cook rices as directed. When meats and rices are done, mix together while stirring in the chicken bouillion, Zatarain's, olive oil and parsley.
