2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 cups of sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 cup fresh of frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the melted butter, egg and milk. Stir til no lumps appear. Carefully fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tin which has been lined with cupcake wrappers. Bake 2/3 full for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 400 oven.
