3/4 # mushrooms 3 T butter
1 T flour 3/4 c milk, hot
1/4 c sherry 3/4 c grated cheese
1/2 # crab meat 1/4 t salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in 2 T butter.
2. Melt 1 T butter in double boiler, add flour and hot
milk to make a smooth white sauce.
3. Add sherry and cheese and cook over low heat.
Add mushrooms and crab.
4. Fill crepes, roll up and place seam side down in
buttered casserole. Top all crepes with extra filling.
Drizzle on some melted butter and serve.
5. This can be reheated at 350 briefly just before
serving.
