7-1/2 quarts of popped popcoen
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Roasted peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º. Place popcorn in a large roast pan. In saucepan, heat butter, sugar, syrup and salt, stirring occasionally. When at a full boil , continue on for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the soda. Pour over popcorn and mix evenly. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
