2 lbs hamburger
1 cup water
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp mustard seeds
3 tbsp tender quick curing salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion poster
1 tbsp whole pepper
1 ½ tbsp liquid smoke

Directions:

Mix thoroughly with hands. Put into 2 rools and wrap tightly in alumimum foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees in foil and in 1 inch of water. Drain immediately and unwrap. When cool rewrap in clean foil or plastic wrap. You can freeze this.
