1 cup margarine softened (set aside)

Crust:
1 cups flour
1 cups oatmeal
1 cup packed brown sugar
tsp soda
tsp salt

Filling:
2 tbsp cornstarch
cup water
3 cups cut rhubarb
1 cups granulated flour

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix dry ingredients together and then add to margarine. Take all but or 1/3 of this mixture and press into a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Filling:
Cook until thickens, watch carefully because it will burn real easy. Pour mixture into pan, take remaining flour/oatmeal mixture and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes. Cool and cut. Keep refrigerated.
