2 or 3 pounds cooked & peeled sweet potatoes
2 eggs
Large marshmallows
Cornflakes cereal finely crushed
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup light cream
1 tsp flour
tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes and add eggs. Form ball around marshmallows and roll in cornflakes, place in baking dish do not crowd. Bake 10 or 15 minutes in 350 oven until they pop open. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil and pour around balls and serve.
