Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 ½ cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
4 tbsp butter
16 marshmallows
1 lb. Sweet milk chocolate chunks (German chocolate)
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cups nuts (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter marshmallows with scissors dipped in water or use miniature marshmallows that don’t need snipping (it will take ¼ pound). Chop chocolate chunks into fine pieces. (I put the marshmallows, chocolate chunks, chocolate chips and nuts in a large bowl) Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a heavy pan. Bring to rolling boil and boil for 4 minutes, stir constantly. Remove from stove, add vanilla, then immediately pour hot mixture into bowl with chocolate chunks, chips and marshmallows and stir only until marshmallows, chocolate chunks and chips are melted. Pour into 9 by 13 inch buttered pan (I use a 10 by 18 inch pan) and allow to cool at room temperature (about 2 hours) before cutting.
