Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Spread in greased 10 x 15 inch pan and bake at 350 10-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Return to oven for about 3 minutes or until marshmallows are soft. Then frost.

Frosting – Put ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup water and 2 squares unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Add 3 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla. Cool a bit, and then beat in ½ cups powdered sugar.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Gram always doubled the frosting as she liked to have lots of frosting on the bars. Instead of the squares of chocolate I have used the already melted unsweetened chocolate. Gram never added the nuts.
