4 eggs beaten
cup sugar
2 cups scolded milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar slowly, then add milk and bet until sugar dissolves, and then add vanilla. Add filling to unbaked pie shell and sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes, lower to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
