2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1 cup White Corn Syrup
2 cups (14 oz) Raw Spanish Peanuts
1 T. Butter
1 tsp.. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
In deep sauce pan, boil sugar, syrup and water until it reaches soft ball stage. Stir in P-nuts and stir often until P-nuts are golden brown. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda and butter, while stirring FAST until it reaches deep golden color. Candy will rise and fall as it is stirred. Pour into battered pie tins - while still hot spread thin by tapping sides and bottom of pans on table. Break into pieces after cooled.
