3 lbs. Sweet Potatoes or Yams
1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
1/4 cup corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes (peeled) in large kettle and cover with water; cover and boil gently 30-45 minutes or until can be easily pierced with the tip of a sharp knife. Drain. Place in ungreased 11 x 7 x 2 in. baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter and drizzle with corn syrup. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly, basting with sauce occasionally. You may cover with minature marshmallows, but this is optional.
