1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. salad oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can chili con carne without beans
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Fry tortillas in oil until tender and place on a paper plate. Saute onion and garlic until soft. Remove from heat. Cook the beef and then stir in other ingredients except the cheese. Place in large casserole dish, alternating meat with cheese and tortillas. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
