8 large potatoes
1 large onion, chopped finely
3 stalks of celery, chopped finely
3 cans chicken broth
1 pound Velvetta cheese
1 small can Pet milk
3 Tbs. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in chicken broth until tender. Cube potatoes, add to mixture and cook until tender. Add Velvetta cheese and cook on low until melted. Mix Pet milk and flour. Add to soup mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions and bacon bits.
