POTATOS (White/Yellow) 5lbs
BOILED EGGS - 6
SWEET PICKLE RELISH-1-2 Cups
MAYO– 2-3 Cups
CELERY SEED –Approx. 2-3 Tablespoons
SALT
PEPPER
1 SM. ONION (IF DESIRED)

Directions:
Directions:
Start with about 8-10 Potatoes and 6-8 eggs.

Boil potatoes and eggs until done. Chop in small to medium chunks and add relish,
celery seed, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix in mayo in small amount until the salad is moist.

Taste

Refrigerate
Note: Flavor will intensify as set in refrigerator, so don't over spice at first.
