1/2 taza de cebolla roja picadita
1 taza de burgul
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharadita de crushed pepper (aji seco para pizzas)
1 tomate grande picado sin piel ni semillas
1 cucharadita de azúcar
2 tazas de agua o caldo
1 taza de queso feta
perejil fresco picado
1 diente de ajo picado

Directions:
Directions:
Saltear la cebolla y el ajo en aceite de oliva. Agregar el tomate picado, crushed pepper y el azúcar. Cocinar bien el aderezo y agregar el agua o caldo. Incorporar el burgul y cocinar hasta que esté listo. Al final, agregarle el queso feta desmenuzado y el perejil picado.
