2 qt. (8 c.) Tomato Juice 1 c. Vodka 1/4 c. Lemon Juice (lg lemon) 1/4 c. Prepared Bottled Horseradish 2 T. Rice Wine Vinegar 2 t. Worcestershire Sauce 2 t. Red Pepper Sauce (Tabasco) 1 t. Salt 1 t. Celery Seed 1/2 t. Garlic Powder
Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into glasses and add a celery stalk to garnish.
