6 medallones de lomo
200 grs. de champignones
100 grs. de hongos portobello
100 grs. de hongos shitake
50 grs. de funghi porcini
1 taza de crema de leche
1 taza de oporto
1/2 cebolla blanca picadita
sal y pimienta
perejil picadito

Remojar los funghi porcini en el oporto hasta que se hidraten. Escurrir bien y picar. Colar el líquido con un colador muy fino y reservar. Picar los hongos portobello, shitake y champignones en láminas o cuartos.

En una sartén calentar el aceite y mantequilla y cocinar los lomos al término deseado. Salpimentar.

Aparte saltear la cebolla picadita en aceite y mantequilla hasta que esté transparente. Echar todos los hongos y seguir salteando. Luego añadir el oporto y la crema de leche. Reducir la salsa y sazonar con sal y pimienta.

Servir los lomos cubiertos con la salsa de Hongos y espolvorearles perejil encima..
