4 tazas de garbanzos (frescos sancochados o de lata)
1 lata grande de sólido de atún
1 cebolla grande roja o blanca picadita
2 dientes grandes de ajo picado
sal y pimienta
pimientos morrones en tiritas
estragón al gusto
8 tiras de tocino frito o salame picadito

Directions:
Directions:
Freír la cebolla y el ajo en aceite de oliva. Condimentar con sal, pimienta.

Agregar los garbanzos escurridos y rehogarlos en el aderezo junto con el estragón. Luego echarle el tocino o salame picadito. Cocinar un poco. Por último mezclarle el atún y los pimientos en tiras.

Servir con arroz blanco o papas sancochadas.
