Ingredients: 1/2 c low fat vanilla yogurt 1/4 c mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. honey 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 bananas, sliced 1 pear, cored and sliced 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced 1 - 11/2 lbs of Strawberries, halved 1/3 c walnuts, chopped

Directions:1. In a small mixing bowl mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, vanilla and salt. Pepper to taste (be sure to add some, it's good!). 2. Mix the cut fruit and most of the walnuts in another large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add dressing, mix, top with remaining walnuts and serve. |

Notes: Of course you can use whatever fruit you like. We like apple, pears, bananas and strawberries.
If you use apples cut them last - right before you mix with dressing and get them mixed with dressing quickly. The lemon juice in the dressing will prevent the apples from browning.
We mix the dressing in pretty lightly and usually have a bit left over. Start of with less - you can always add more.
