9 slices whole wheat bread
3 slices cooked turkey
3 slices cooked ham
3 slices cooked American Cheese
3 slices Swiss Cheese
Batter:
1 1/4 cup water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey and swiss cheese on one slice of bread. Place ham and american cheese on another piece of bread. Place 3rd piece of bread in middle. Secure with toothpicks in the corners. Place egg in mixing bowl add water and beat together. Add salt, sugar, flour and baking powder. Beat until smooth. Dip sandwich in batter. Cover all surfaces. Place in hot oil, fry until golden. Remove place on paper towel. Cool for few minutes. Dust with sugar and serve with raspberry jelly.
