6-8 Med. Potatoes, 1/4 stk. Butter, 2T. Flour, Milk, Garlic Salt, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Cream of Mushroom Soup(optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chunk potatoes, boil in just amount of water as you would want liquid and until just tender. In sauce pan melt butter then add flour to make a rue; cook a couple minutes add milk to make sauce. Add sauce mix to boiling potatoes- season with garlic salt, parsley, salt & pepper.
