5 eggs,
1 medium onion,
1 package of chopped broccoli ( frozen, thawed or fresh),
2 cups cottage cheese small curd,
2 boxes of Jiffy Corn bread mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350º in a greased and floured 9X13 pan for 45 minutes
