6oz Roasted Red Peppers, 2T. Fresh Basil, 8oz. Goat Cheese, 8oz. Cream Cheese, 1T. Green Onion, 1T. Fresh Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Roasted peppers and Basil together and set aside. Mix together, goat cheese, cream cheese green onion and rosemary until well blended. Take mold and spread a small amount of the red pepper mix to cover bottom. Use half of the goat cheese mix and place on top, smooth out, place remaining red pepper mix and remaining goat cheese mix in layers. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from mold and serve.

If too thick add half & half or heavy cream to thin. Line mold with plastic.
