1 - 12 oz. Reames home style frozen egg noodles
5 to 5 1/2 cups water
4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 tsp. onion, minced
1 bag baby carrots, chopped
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 tsp. parsley flakes

cream of chicken soup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, chicken, onion, carrots & parsley in a large kettle. Bring to a boil. Add bouillon granules and stir to dissolve. Drop in frozen noodles and stir to separate. Simmer 50 minutes. For color sprinkle in 1/4 tsp. of parsley. (To make creamy soup, add 1 - 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.)
