2 lb. ground pork
2 lb. ground ham
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs

SAUCE:
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 T. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix first five ingredients. Pat into two large loaf baking pans or individual loaf pans or muffin tins.

To Make Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat to blend flavors. Pour over ham loaves. Bake at 350º for 2 1/2 hours. Reduce baking time to one hour for individual loaves.

Alternate Sauce (without tomato): 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. vinegar, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard. Boil gently until sugar has dissolved. Baste loaves every 20 minutes, rather than pouring all on at once.
