2 lbs. ripe tomatoes, peeled, with ends and core removed
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 C. lemon juice
6 1/2 C. sugar
1-6 oz. bottle liquid fruit pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and peel tomatoes in 1/8 size chunks or crush. in 8-10 qt. kettle, measure 3 cups tomatoes. Simmer 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir in sugar. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard uncovered for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in pectin. Skim off foam with metal spoon. Pour into hot clean jars. Seal.
