Ingredients:  
1 1/2 # beef or chicken (shredded or ground)
1 pkg Taco seasoning 1 can pinto beans
2 tomatos chopped with juice
4 c shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c thousand Island dsg 1 c chopped
1 1/2 c crushed Dorito chips black olives
8 oz cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and top with cheese.
2. Garnish with more chips, ripe olives or whatever
you want. Serve at room temperature.
3. Lasts well in fridge, although I add more lettuce to
crisp it up a bit.
