1/2 c chopped onions
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 c flour
1/2 t salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 1/2 c milk
1 c water
3/4 cubed American cheese
1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
Add milk, water and cheese. Stir until melted.
Add frozen spinach. Cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
