25 c peeled tomatoes (diced)
1 whole garlic (diced)
8 tsp salt
1 c hot peppers (diced)
7 green peppers (diced)
7 onions (diced)
1/4 brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in a large pan. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours (to desired thickness). Place in jars - makes 10 pints.
