1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup honey mustard
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dredge chicken breast in flour mixture. Spread honey mustard on both sides of chicken breast, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in skillet over medium-high heat (using canola oil) until done. In a small sauce pan, mix together remaining honey mustard, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve sauce over chicken. Also good on bun as sandwich.
