6 a 8 zanahorias
1 cebolla blanca
1 pimiento verde
1/2 taza de vinagre blanco
1/2 taza de aceite
1/2 taza de az˙car
1 1/2 cucharita de salsa inglesa
1 cucharita mostaza tipo Guldens

Directions:
Directions:
Cortar las zanahorias en redondelas de 1/2 centimetro de ancho y sancocharlas. Deben quedar crocantes al partirlas con la mano.

Cortar el pimiento y la cebolla en tiras gruesas, y pasar la cebolla por agua hirviendo. Colocarlos en un tazˇn junto con la zanahoria.

Aparte mezclar el vinagre, el aceite, el az˙car, la salsa ingles y la mostaza. Agregar la salsa a las zanahorias y macerar por 24 horas.
