6 oz. grated Parmesan 1 Tbsp cornmeal
1/2 t black pepper 1/8 t ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350,
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Line large
baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
For each crisp, spoon level tablespoon mixture, place
in a mound on foil.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
With metal spatula lift crisps onto rack to cool.
