6 oz apricot jello, prepared as directed on box
14 oz crushed pineapple, drained
14 oz apricots, drained and diced, but save juice

TOPPING:
1 egg
1 c apricot juice
1/2 c sugar
3 T flour
2 T butter or margarine

Small Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the jello as directed. Dice apricots and add to jello with crushed pineapple. Stir slowly to evenly divide fruit. Refrigerate to set jello.

To Prepare The Topping: Mix egg, juice, sugar, flour in a saucepan over low heat until it reaches pudding stage. Remove from heat, stir in butter and cool. Once the cooked topping has cooled, fold in the Cool Whip and spread over set jello. Refrigerate until serving.
