1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dill relish
1 tsp mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
peel hard boiled eggs and slice in half. remove yolk and place in a bowl. crush the yolks and mix with next 4 ingredients. spoon the mixture into the boiled eggs. sprinkle with paprika. chill until ready to serve.

Mom never recorded her recipe. But we taste tested this (Bryan Rozier enjoyed the test) and it is very close. Enjoy..She loved to make these for every occasion.
