3 Egg Whites - Room Temp.
3 Tbsp. Water
1 Cup Sugar with 3 Tsp. Corn Starch Mixed In
1 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites stiff and fold in dry ingredients. Line cookie pan with parchment paper.

Put egg mixture in one big pile like a round cake and bake at 300º for 1 hour.

Turn oven off and leave to cool in oven.

When ready to serve cut in pieces and serve strawberries or any other fruit on top with whipped cream.
