8-10 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 Can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
3 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 C. Sour Cream
3 Green Onions, Chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil, cover and cook until almost tender. Drain and Cool.

Combine Soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper and stir in potatoes.

Place in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
