1 (1 lb.) can salmon
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. parsley or celery flakes, crushed
Seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Oil baking pan. Mix all ingredients and shape into patties. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 minutes on each side. May also brown in fry pan. Makes 6 patties. May use tuna, when the price of salmon goes too high.
