3 c. Rice
6 c. Water
1 lb Hillshire Smoked Sausage
10-12 Dove Breast (may substitute or add any wild game you desire)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dove breast, until tender, add salt and pepper to your taste.. Remove from broth and debone. Return to broth, bringing to a boil, add rice, stir and reduce heat to medium. Cut sausage to bite size pieces and add to pot, stir once more.Cover and cook until rice is done. Upon serving add hot sauce to your taste.
