1 c. stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 box + 1 c. brown sugar (not packed)
5 eggs
1 c. milk
3-1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1/2 c. pecans (chopped)

Sift dry ingredients. Cream margarine, shortening and sugar. Add eggs and milk. Mix in dry ingredients. Add flavorings. Fold in pecans. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 325 º for 1-1/2 hrs.
